Job Summary

• We are seeking a high-impact Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to build and lead a world-class finance function that drives discipline, scalability, and investor readiness.
• This is not a traditional CFO role - we are looking for a strategic finance leader who can transform finance into a growth engine.

Role Summary
The CFO will be responsible for building financial discipline, governance, and capital readiness across the Group, ensuring the business is:

• Investable
• Financially controlled
• Cash disciplined
• Scalable.

• Financial Governance & Reporting.
• Structure, Compliance & Audit Readiness.
• Cash Flow & Working Capital Management.
• Payroll & Statutory Compliance.
• Financial Planning & Model Ownership.
• Capital Allocation & Expansion Discipline.
• Margin Improvement & Cost Efficiency.
• Fundraising Readiness & Financial Strategy.
• Macro Risk & Financial Strategy.

Requirements

• 8–15 years of experience, with 3–5 years in senior finance leadership.
• Background in financial control, governance, and high-growth environments.
• Exposure to fundraising or investor relations is an advantage.
• Chartered Accountant (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) - Mandatory.

Key Competencies:

• Strong financial modeling & analytical skills.
• Deep understanding of investor expectations.
• Strong cash & working capital management expertise.
• High governance and control orientation.
• Ability to translate financial insights into strategic decisions.

Salary
N800,000 – N1,000,000 monthly.
