Job Title: Human Resource Officer
Location: Mushin, Lagos

Industry: FMCG – Food Distribution
Job Summary
- We are looking for a competent and experienced Human Resource Officer to support and manage core HR functions within our food distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle employee relations and disciplinary processes
- Support performance management and appraisal systems
- Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Coordinate staff training and development initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Minimum of 2–4 years HR experience, preferably in FMCG/food distribution
- Good knowledge of Nigerian labor laws
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- HR certification (CIPM or related) is an added advantage.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
