Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to support daily bakery operations.
- The role involves executing production plans, ensuring product quality, minimizing waste, and supervising production staff to meet set targets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute approved production plans and schedules as directed by the Production Manager
- Support achievement of daily and monthly production targets, including priority products
- Ensure all products meet defined quality and presentation standards
- Monitor and control waste levels and support waste reduction initiatives
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of bakery equipment
- Supervise production staff to ensure efficiency, discipline, and performance
- Maintain a safe work environment and minimize workplace incidents
- Track production activities and ensure accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Escalate production challenges and provide timely updates to the Production Manager
- Support efforts towards achieving revenue and profitability targets
Requirements
- OND/HND/BSc in Food Science, Production, or related field
- 1–3 years experience in bakery or QSR production
- Good supervisory, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Salary
N180,000 - N250,000 per month.
