We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a Business Development Officer in Lagos to drive client acquisition, build strategic partnerships, and grow our consulting portfolio.
  • The ideal candidate is a proactive professional who can open doors, close deals, and manage client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and prospective clients
  • Pitch Kanselor’s consulting services to SMEs, corporates, and startups
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
  • Conduct market research and identify trends to inform strategy
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow up on leads
  • Represent the company at meetings, events, and networking sessions
  • Provide weekly reports on pipeline, conversions, and market feedback

Requirements

  • BSc/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Target-driven with a proven ability to close deals
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn
  • Resident in Lagos with the ability to travel for client meetings.

What We Offer

  • Salary: N150,000 Monthly + Weekly Transport Float | Full-time
  • Weekly transport float for client visits and meetings
  • Performance bonuses based on targets achieved
