Job Title: Client Service Officer

Location: Muritala Muhammed Airport, Ikeja - Lagos

Description

• We are seeking a smart, proactive, and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our showroom team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to walk-in customers, presenting and demonstrating products, and ensuring customers have an excellent shopping experience that leads to increased sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Present, explain, and demonstrate products available in the showroom
• Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences
• Ensure all products are properly arranged, clean, and well-displayed at all times
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability details
• Support daily sales activities and work towards achieving sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely assistance
• Maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Assist in promoting ongoing offers, discounts, and marketing campaigns
• Work with other team members to ensure smooth showroom operations

Requirements

• Minimum of OND qualification (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in engaging and convincing customers
• Basic sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail/showroom environment
• Must reside in Lagos and be able to commute to Ikeja.

Work Schedule:

• Monday – Saturday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Two Shifts.

Salary
N120,000 - N140,000 monthly.
