Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Officer to join our team in Abuja. This role is central to our people operations, focusing on the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, employee relations, and the implementation of efficient HR administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: drafting job descriptions, posting to relevant portals, and screening resumes.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent rounds with department heads.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the company culture and systems.
HR Administration & Compliance:
- Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records (contracts, leave tracking, and performance files).
- Ensure company policies remain compliant with Nigerian Labor Laws and local regulations in Abuja.
- Prepare monthly HR reports regarding headcount, turnover, and recruitment progress.
Performance Management:
- Facilitate the performance appraisal process, ensuring feedback is documented and constructive.
- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating staff development programs.
Employee Relations:
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution.
- Organize team-building activities and initiatives to improve workplace morale.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–4 years of experience in an HR role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern HRIS tools and project management software
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and directness.
- Location: Must be residing in or willing to commute to Wesu 2, Abuja.
