We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Architect

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Objective

• The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and coordinating the architectural aspects of the company’s real estate developments to ensure functionality, aesthetics, sustainability, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and concepts.
• Prepare detailed drawings and construction documents.
• Create 3D models and visual presentations.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors and clients.
• Supervisor projects to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc. in Architecture.
• 2 years of post-NYSC experience in design and supervision.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp.
• Strong portfolio and design creativity.

Personal Qualities:

• Strong visual and spatial design skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and creative problem-solving capacity.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
