- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and storage discipline in all work areas.
- Support plating and pass coordination during service.
- Monitor stock levels for assigned ingredients and communicate replenishment needs early.
- Follow the chef's instructions closely and contribute to efficient kitchen teamwork.
