Job Title: Business Development Officer
Location: Opebi, Ikeja - Lagos

Responsibilities
- Devise strategies to generate sales and meet set target.
- Source and manage agents/realtors
- Serve as the primary liaison between agents and management.
- Provide necessary resources, documents or updates to agents.
- Resolve conflict or challenges raised by agents or clients.
- Ensure agents are well informed about current company goals, campaigns, or changes.
- Organize regular check-ins, briefings, or meetings with agents.
- Manage client inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
- Track sales progress, client feedback, and maintain organized records.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management
Requirements
