Job Summary

  • We’re hiring a customer-focused Customer Service Representative with experience in the fashion industry to handle inquiries, manage orders, and ensure excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
  • Assist customers with orders, complaints, returns, and product information
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
  • Process orders, forms, and requests accurately
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve issues
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Stay updated on fashion products, trends, and promotions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification
  • 2–3 years experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or retail industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and social media platforms
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for fashion and customer experience.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
