About the Role
- The Graduate Trainee Program is designed for fresh graduates with 0-2 years experience.
- You'll rotate through key departments to build core business skills, gain hands-on experience, and fast-track your career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training and departmental rotations.
- Support daily operations, projects, and administrative tasks.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with teams across finance, operations, marketing, or tech.
- Identify process improvements and propose solutions.
- Attend workshops, mentorship sessions, and performance reviews.
