About the Role

• The Graduate Trainee Program is designed for fresh graduates with 0-2 years experience.
• You'll rotate through key departments to build core business skills, gain hands-on experience, and fast-track your career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training and departmental rotations.
• Support daily operations, projects, and administrative tasks.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with teams across finance, operations, marketing, or tech.
• Identify process improvements and propose solutions.
• Attend workshops, mentorship sessions, and performance reviews.
