Job Title: Graduate Trainee Engineer

Job Summary

• Findalogistics Services is a leading provider of innovative supply chain and freight forwarding solutions.
• We are looking for young, vibrant, and analytical Engineering Graduates to join our 2026 Graduate Trainee Program.
• This program is designed to provide hands-on experience in logistics engineering, fleet management systems, and operational technology.
• You will work under the mentorship of senior engineers to solve real-world logistical challenges and optimize our service delivery across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Support: Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of logistics hardware and fleet management systems.
• Process Optimization: Use engineering principles to analyze supply chain workflows and suggest data-driven improvements.
• Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical operations, equipment maintenance, and project reports.
• Project Assistance: Support senior engineers in the implementation of new warehousing technologies and last-mile delivery tracking systems.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all engineering activities align with safety protocols and international logistics standards.

Requirements & Skills

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to use data to solve complex problems.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of engineering software (AutoCAD, MATLAB) or logistics tools is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and travel to various operational sites if required.
• Digital Literacy: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

Education:

• B.Sc / HND in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Systems, or Industrial Engineering.
• Grade: Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or Upper Credit

Experience:

• Entry Level: 0–1 year of experience.
• Previous internship experience in a logistics, manufacturing, or transport firm is an added advantage.

Other Requirements:

• Must reside in Lagos or be willing to relocate.
• Must be no older than 26 years at the time of application.
• High level of integrity and a strong work ethic.

Remunerations

• Monthly Salary: N150,000 – N250,000 (depending on performance and qualifications).
• Other Benefits: Health Insurance (HMO), Pension contributions, and structured professional development training.
