Our mission is to boost productivity, reduce post-harvest losses, and increase farmers' profitability through innovative solutions, market linkage services, and farmer empowerment programs like the Raise A Farmer Initiative (RAFI).

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Ekiti
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

• We are seeking dedicated and detail-orientated production associates to join our growing operations team.
• You will play a key role in handling, processing, and packaging agricultural produce while ensuring quality and efficiency across our production line.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort, grade, and package agricultural produce (vegetables, fruits, spices)
• Assist in fruit juice production (extraction, bottling, sealing)
• Handle cleaning, drying, and packaging of herbs and spices
• Ensure proper labeling and packaging of finished goods
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in production areas
• Monitor product quality and report inconsistencies
• Assist with inventory handling and stock management
• Follow operational procedures and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND
• Previous experience in production, agriculture, or food processing is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and grow within the agribusiness sector.
