- You will lead, manage, and scale a team of Sales Representatives, ensuring consistent revenue growth and high conversion rates.
- You must be able to work without supervision, take initiative, and drive performance daily.
Key Responsibilties
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Representatives to hit and exceed targets
- Build and execute winning sales strategies
- Track, analyze, and improve team performance metrics
- Drive lead conversion from prospect to paying client
- Enforce accountability, no excuses, only results
- Train, mentor, and push the team to peak performance
- Personally close high-value deals when necessary
- Ensure consistent follow-ups and pipeline management.
