Job Summary
- We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Supervisor to lead and manage the secondary sales team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service, supervising daily sales operations, and supporting the achievement of organizational revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the secondary sales team to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Drive sales growth by setting targets and monitoring team performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive customer experience at all times.
- Monitor sales transactions.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Train, coach, and mentor secondary sales staff to improve performance and product knowledge.
- Ensure proper stock management, inventory control, and product availability.
- Ensure attractive product displays in line with company merchandising standards.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND / BSc / BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
