Job Description

• Assist the Senior Quantity surveyor in the preparation of bill of quantities, material schedule and interim valuation of work done on site.
• Preparation of detailed progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly).
• Receiving of materials and taking material stock.
• Monitor the cost and use of company resources.
• Inspect and compute the value of completed work and projects.
• Carryout physical measurement for valuation of work done and Supervision of ongoing works.
• Take inventory of materials supplied and used on site
• Assist the Senior Quantity surveyor to carry out tender analysis.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree in Architectural / Landscaping / Surveying / Interior Decor with 3 - 10 years experience.
