Job Summary
- Prestigious Homes Limited is seeking a skilled and reliable Water Treatment Specialist/Plumber to join our Facility Management team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining water systems, ensuring water quality standards, and handling all plumbing-related issues across our residentialproperties.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain water treatment systems (boreholes, filtration, etc.)
- Ensure water quality meets required health and safety standards
- Diagnose and repair plumbing faults, leaks, and blockages
- Install and maintain pipes, fittings, and fixtures
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Respond promptly to facility-related plumbing emergencies
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience
- Proven experience in water treatment systems and plumbing
- Good knowledge of filtration systems, pumps, and water distribution
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
